*Who do YOU dare to be?* – The Arc is an event that coaches young visionaries to break through to the level where their impact is truly inspirational.

The training will be a mixed training and coaching course with 30% being training and 70% being individual and peer to peer coaching.
Participants will be trained on essential leadership techniques in the areas of group/self-leadership, emotional intelligence/public speaking, mediation and coaching
Participants will experience a professional life and leadership coaching process with the help of internationally certified mediators, coaches and FIRO-practitioners with the perspective of being both strong and supporting leaders.
