As a South Korean adopted child growing up in The Netherlands, soul-searching and discovery have always been the constant in my life. Although, it took me many years before realising that my inner struggle of acceptance was in the way of my own personal transformation. An intense self-discovery journey back to South Korea catalysed that process.

Over the years, I’ve been blessed to work with both the NGO and corporate sector. In AIESEC, a youth leadership development organisation, I held several executive positions involving strategic reorganisation and leadership development projects. In the corporate world, I was in charge of designing and rolling out a global leadership development strategy for Booking.com. These different environments have shaped my beliefs on leadership and life balance.

In 2012, I decided to give up my corporate career to pursue my deep passion in supporting people in sustainably transforming themselves and their lives, through my own company: !eading Green.I love dialogue and poetry, and while travelling; immersing myself into local communities and getting to know about their lives, while enjoying a locally brewed quality coffee.

Over 15.000 hours of leadership coaching and kicking ass in multicultural environments. Clients include C-level executives, multinationals, small enterprises, start- and scale ups, and NGOs.

Certified Big 5 Personality and Reflector 360 Competence Assessor (since 2010), Art of Hosting educated (2006), and formal training education in AIESEC (2004).

Currently based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, I bring extensive experience working in English, Dutch, and German; in Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East.
