As your final confirmation please send us the following things:

  • A copy of your flight or any other ticket e.g. train ticket
  • A small list of the emails of the participants that took part in one or (even better) two of your past projects. It can also be an email-list if you have one. Please make sure that the project(s) you choose are projects you are (at least a bit) proud of!
  • For corporate participants only: A preliminary payment of 200€ (organisers will have sent you an email with their bank details by now – if not please contact us)
