My life in a nutshell

Being born in Brazil and growing up in Germany I strive for the combination of structure, process, discipline with love, kindness, compassion and admiration for the beauty of the world. I studied Business and Computer Science at the TU Munich, worked for BMW in Munich, Beijing and New York and found my passion for huge purposeful visions when I started at the German mentoring organization ROCK YOUR LIFE! As a CEO  I was able to bring structure into a fast growing organization while empowering youth and volunteers to overcome their fears and obstacles, to fully live their potential. I find my passion at the intersection of business with a social cause and feel empowered by people who face their insecurities and show their true self.
